Open your heart for this magical 60-minute session and allow yourself to feel completely and utterly at peace as you are taken on a journey of sound bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and more! This is your opportunity to experience the true beauty of sound healing!

World Sound Healing Day, celebrated on February 14 every year, brings people from all around the planet together.

Did you know that there are several healing sounds, each with different benefits and proven to heal our minds and souls? This evening is about bringing people together with the intention of toning and opening the heart.

Sound Therapy is effective in not only achieving a state of relaxation, but it also has a way of moving through blockages in the body. It has been known to help treat such conditions as stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, depression, sleep disorders and pain.

If you have never tried sound healing or you are seeking to be more open this year, this is your chance to lay back and naturally fall into a lowered state of consciousness and shift your body into the deepest relaxation.
