Set your intentions, manifest all the beautiful things that await you as you create your own space clearing tool - designed to cleanse and clear any negative or stuck energy in your personal spaces, before we gather and connect during a light lunch.

Bring calm and focus to your mind and healing to your body and soul as you are taken through a guided meditation and sound bath, all whilst receiving some beautiful healing Reiki energy.

Enjoy the final part of the day with a salt therapy session in SA's first and only Himalayan Salt Cave as you lay back in the tranquil, salt-lined space and enjoy all the benefits from reducing inflammation and boosting the immune system to relieving stress and improving sleep.
