Join Jo in one of four 'Sound Bath Soul Sessions' at the Divine Connections - Body and Wellness Fair, being held at the Denison Centre at Mawson Lakes.
Did you know that sound therapy is effective in not only achieving a state of relaxation, but it also has a way of moving through blockages in the body? It has been known to help treat such conditions as stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, depression, sleep disorders and pain.
A wonderful opportunity to experience the healing and calming powers of sound as your sit or lay back, allowing the magical sounds of crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, drums and gongs take you on a journey, as you fall into a lower state of consciousness, naturally shifting your body into deep relaxation.
