With a wide variety of yoga styles and Pilates on offer, including warm and hot classes, the 21 classes on our timetable will have something for everyone.
Beginners are always welcome.

Our yoga isn't just for the young and fit, we want to make everyone feel young and fit! You don't have to be flexible or an advanced Yogi to visit our studio or take our classes. We promote a community driven, non-judgemental place to practice and be yourself.

Crank out the poses in our hot classes to lose weight, increase endurance and improve your general fitness. Find your flow in our warm and hot Vinyasa classes, catch your breath in our Hatha classes and restore and recover in our Yin and restorative classes.
