A jam-packed workout to your favourite old school and new school pop culture sounds, this class is all about cardio and endurance. The format will be on a three-week cycle, encouraging familiarity with songs and simple choreography so you can push to the limit. Bring your inner fire for an energetic, aerobic style workout!

Dance Fusion

Ever wanted to feel like you’re in a music video? Then this is where you need to be! With a different focus each week, you’ll learn a fusion of styles including jazz, Latin, hip hop and street, while also learning basic technique and conditioning through warm up, drills and choreography.

All learning levels welcome – come along, break a sweat and unleash your inner pussycat doll!

Bollywood Fitness

BOLLYFIT is a fusion of cardio, calisthenic moves and Zumba, synchronised to the latest Bollywood Remix music at 200 beats per minute - the fastest in the fitness industry globally! A sure-fire fat & calorie burner, stress busting workout that will have you losing weight, strengthening and sculpting your body in no time - all whilst having fun!
